Retail Vendor Registration

BOOTH DETAILS

• 25 booth spots will be available, prioritizing area artisans and businesses. All applications will be reviewed for approval by Kersey Autumn Jubilee. You will receive a notification of approval and payment will be collected at that time.

• $25 - 10x10 space for Non- Kersey Chamber Members 

• $15 – 10x10 space for Current Kersey Chamber Members

  • Applications must be submitted by September 15th, 2026. First come, first serve, once all spaces are rented, the event will be considered SOLD OUT. 

  • Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, table coverings, chairs, signage, personal trash can, etc. Only one 10x10 space is provided.

  • All tents must be securely weighed down with a minimum of 10lbs at each corner OR staked at each corner to withstand weather conditions. The space will be in a rural setting on dirt, so please plan accordingly.

EVENT INFORMATION

• Set-up will begin at 9am on October 3rd, 2026. 

• All vendor sales will be from 10am – 4pm. NO EARLY SALES PERMITTED!

• Tear-down will begin at 2:00pm, with the option to stay until 4pm. Tear-down before 2pm will not be permitted. Due to the layout of the event and the vendor market closing before the rest of activities, vendors will need to carry out their items when leaving. We will not be able to accommodate driving up close to load items. If you need assistance, Kersey Autumn Jubilee Event Staff can help you.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

• All Vendors must be courteous, professional, and present in their booth for the duration of the event. (There must always be at least one person in the booth during the sales hours)

• Vendors will be responsible for collecting their own sales tax. 

• Vendors will park in the designated vendor parking area.
