Food Vendor Information
Participation Terms:
There is no registration or booth fee for Food & Beverage Vendors. However, Food Vendors must pay a 10% Concession Fee to the Kersey Area Chamber of Commerce upon leaving the event. Details and forms needed to report and pay will be included in the Vendor Welcome Packet at check-in on set-up day. In addition, each registrant is required to purchase an event band for all participants or personnel in their group, and each person must sign a liability waiver to enter the grounds - no one will be allowed to enter the premises without this.
Applications must be received by no later than 9/15/26, 5pm. The Vendor Committee will review applications, make selections, and provide notifications by 9/18/26. All Vendor Committee decisions are final.
Event Details:

The day’s event begins at 10AM and ends at 9PM.

All vendors must be set-up and ready for business by the time designation for their operation.

Booth Check-in deadline is 9am on the day of the event 10/3/26; for safety reasons Food Booth vendors will not be allowed to enter for setup after this time.

Truck/Trailer Check-in is by 2pm on the day of the event 10/3/26; for safety reasons Food Truck/Trailer vendors will not be allowed to enter for setup after this time.

All vendors will receive a Vendors Welcome Packet with site map and other related information.

All sales must close at 9:00pm and vendors must safely vacate property by 10:30pm.
Vendor Rules:

Booth Option: Not to exceed 10’ deep and 20’ wide, unless otherwise approved by the Vendor Committee. All display tables must be covered.

Truck/Trailer Option: Not to exceed 10’ wide and 26’ in length, unless otherwise approved by the Vendor Committee. Space requirements include the hitch if applicable.

Vendor Parking if needed is available and separate from spectator parking.

All storage boxes or crates must be stored away from sight to the spectators.

Any demonstrations, video, or sound making devices must be confined to the limits of the vendors assigned booth/area. Be considerate how sound levels impact other vendors and their ability to conduct business.

Truck/Trailer vendors are required to submit a photograph of their unit (truck/trailer).

No Alcohol is allowed to be sold, distributed, or consumed on the grounds of the Kersey Autumn Jubilee during the event day of 10/3/2026, except for that from the Beer Garden concessions and all alcohol consumers must have the designated wrist bands.

No Vendor will be allowed to sublet their registration to another vendor.

Vendors must have personnel present during designated vendor hours.

Vendors are permitted to offer mobile vending such as carts, wagons, mini-mobile booths, etc., which must be described in the vendor application and pre-approved by the vendor committee.

There is no receiving, shipping, or storage point on the grounds of the event for vendors.

All food preparation vendors are responsible for managing their waste, grease, and oil.

ALL Food & beverage vendors must comply with the Weld County Health Department licensing requirements and assume any additional fees, if required. All requirements and documentation must be completed through the Weld County Health Department by the deadline for this application. Vendors who do not meet the requirements by this date may not be able to participate in the Kersey Autumn Jubilee. Please visit the Weld County Health Department website for rules, regulations, requirements and application specifications.

Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax.
Release of Vendors:

Food Booth Vendors can begin tear down starting at 2PM on Saturday 10/3/26. But can continue operation through to 4PM if they choose.

Food Truck/Trailers can begin tear down starting at 7PM on Saturday 10/3/26. But can continue operation through to 9pm if they choose.
